Short and in plain words. Using CLONOS means agreeing to them.
THE BETA
CLONOS is an invite-only beta. Features will change, move, and occasionally break. We will be honest about it when they do. The service is provided as-is, with no warranty.
YOUR ACCOUNT
One person per account. You must be at least 13. Your email address is the key to the door, so keep control of it. Accounts are personal and not transferable.
YOUR WORK
Your drawings are yours. Uploading grants CLONOS only the technical permission to store them and show them back to you. Nothing more, and to no one else.
ZERO TOLERANCE
Content that sexualizes minors, or is otherwise illegal, ends the account immediately: the content is removed, the account is terminated, and where the law requires it, the matter is reported to the authorities. No warnings are given.
THE MACHINE
Upload and sign-in limits exist to keep the service healthy for everyone. Do not abuse the pipes, probe the walls, or automate against the app.
DELETION
Delete a drawing and it is gone. Delete your account and everything goes with it: drawings, profile, and handle. Your member number is retired and never reissued.
CHANGES
These terms will grow as the app does. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use CLONOS means accepting the current version.
